Chris Cowle | Director
Chris has over 30 years of experience in the transport industry. He has worked in both the public and private sector. During his time in the industry he has been responsible for the delivery of a wide range of projects, including transport assessments, junction design, traffic signing schemes and ferry port design. However, over the last 20 years he has gained an unrivalled knowledge within aviation, providing advice in relation to airport traffic management and parking schemes, baggage facility design, and aircraft stand layout design. He adopts an iterative approach to ensure the most efficient solution is taken forward.
Dominic Rixon | Associate Director
Having started his career in the transport industry within general transport planning, Dominic has over 19 years of experience in the aviation infrastructure industry and joined C-TAS from its inception. During his time in the aviation sector, he has managed a wide range of projects including, airport traffic management schemes, baggage facility design, aircraft stand layout design, and airport access security.
Tony Otterson | Associate
Tony has over 30 years of experience of working in the Transport and Development Planning field.
He has worked with both public and private sector clients on projects throughout the UK. He has acted as Project Manager for various transport assessments and has experience of a variety of project types, including, traffic signing, access and junction design, traffic orders, masterplanning, development control, and public realm improvements.
Caroline Moore | Senior Engineer
Caroline has been involved in the transportation sector for over 10 years. The majority of her experience comes from development planning and road safety. She has a detailed understanding of junction capacity analysis including ARCADY PICADY and LINSIG, and has prepared or assisted on transport assessments for various developments from sports clubs to large residential developments.
In addition, Caroline has wide ranging experience in road safety analysis and engineering, having been responsible for sensitivity test analysis for the International Road Assessment Programme (iRAP) and working with the World Bank to set targets for future road building and improvement projects.
Ashley Waite | Engineer
Ashley is an experienced highway engineer who has worked in both local government and the private sector. He has a detailed understanding of the design and construction process for environmental renewal and traffic management schemes including, the investigation and evaluation of issues, arranging and/or undertaking surveys, preparing drawings, specifications and schedules/Bills of Quantities, the inspection of works onsite, and administrative cost control.
In addition, he has experience of the preparation of road traffic orders and the related traffic signing schemes, including the advertising procedure and public consultation.
Kevin Spice | Engineer
Having worked in the transport infrastructure design industry for over 16 years, Kevin has gained experience in broad range of projects including junction design, airport traffic and baggage management, traffic sign design and producing design drawings in both 2 and 3 dimensions.
